taking hybrid meeting to a next level
Hybrid meetings have become commonplace in post-pandemic organizational settings, but their effectiveness, especially in collaborative brainstorming remains a challenge. This project addresses user dissatisfaction by identifying pain points in hybrid sessions and proposing innovative solutions. The concept redefines meetings by creating a unified desk experience for all participants through carefully aligned cameras and beamers. What is more, idea sharing through the interactive desk, visibility of upper body, and face-to-face conversations with true-to- life-sized individuals improve engagements and create a more dynamic meeting experience. And it is not Hybrid anymore, but Hyperid.
